MSFC Part of Mobile Tour of DBQ Sustainability Conference

Mount St. Francis Center was part of mobile tour for the Growing Sustainable Communities Conference hosted by the City of Dubuque on Wednesday, April 24..

Sisters Michelle Balek, Janice Hoffman, Nancy Miller and Maintenance Director Paul Hayes shared the Dubuque Franciscans’ sustainability initiatives including the solar panel array, our prairie, bees, and natural burial site with conference attendees.

Attendees traveled to MSFC via trolley and were driven around the campus to see the initiatives put in place by the Dubuque Franciscans.
